Working as an Executive Facilitator, Coach and Educator, she shifts mindsets and cultures to enable organisations to overcome their challenges and prepare for the future.
She also works as Faculty and Academic Director in Executive Education for a number international business schools delivering and designing their leadership programmes for a variety of global clients and open programmes.
