Having lived and worked in 12 countries, Katie brings a global perspective to how she helps leaders navigate change and lead across cultures.

Katie has been coaching individuals since 2007 when she was awarded a double distinction from The Coaching Academy. She went on to become an accredited Professional Coach through EMCC and is an accredited Team Coach as well as an accredited Professional Health & Medical Coach too. She has coached senior level individuals and teams across most industries: private equity, financial services, banking, consulting, legal services, IT services, healthcare & NHS, project management, pharma, biosciences, FMCG, automotive, construction, mining, social housing, sports, education, hospitality, retail and more. She has a warm style that enables her to challenge her coachees and to give feedback on how they come across, fast-tracking their progress.  

She tutors Executive Presence, Strategic Communication and Coaching Skills at some of the world’s top business schools in the UK, USA, South Africa and UAE, including London Business School and Chicago Booth Business School. She also works with Senior Leadership Teams to guide them to optimal teaming performance and has particular expertise in supporting value creation in PE portfolio companies, focusing on leadership and culture transformation post-acquisition. Katie enjoys the challenge of helping leaders make behavioural shifts that have a positive cascade effect to their teams and beyond. 

Katie has a dual business degree from UK and France, and will complete her MSc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology this year. Her background is in journalism, producing special economic reports for publication in print media such as The Economist, Newsweek, Sunday Times, USA Today, Investors’ Chronicle, etc. During these years, she traveled the world and interviewed thousands of leaders (Ministers, Prime Ministers, Presidents, heads of industry, entrepreneurs, etc.). This enables her to adeptly understand a leader’s style and be able to ask the right questions to facilitate change and breakthrough.  

Katie enjoys public speaking and has spoken at many international conferences, including at a United Nations Forum in Bahrain in 2012.
