Michael brings more than 25 years of experience advising senior leaders in large international organisations on transformation initiatives, strategic marketing, talent management and organisational development. Michael has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having worked with most of the Top Twenty Pharma Companies as well as a few small biotech companies. Additionally, Michael has recently worked with clients in the Financial Services, Automotive, Beverage & Spirits, Consumer Packaging and Oil & Gas industries.
Leveraging his broad cross functional background, Michael collaborates seamlessly across management levels, from emerging leaders to executive committees. His ability to move fluidly between strategic dialogue and practical execution allows him to support organisations during complex transitions with clarity and focus.
